Your new Festool is fully covered during the first three years, giving you complete peace of mind and allowing you to concentrate on what matters.. your work!
However, to truly benefit from the warranty it is necessary to register your Powertool within 30 days of purchase to get the full THREE years.
If the Powertool is not registered within 30 days of purchase, the tool will only be covered for 1 YEAR (12 months).

Festool guarantees that they will keep spare parts for your tool in stock for 10 years following the end of production, and in most cases certain tools have spare parts available for more than 10 years.

Customers have only 30 days from the date of purchase to register their products for an extended 3-year Festool Warranty. The following information is required:
- T-Nr: (as per the product label)
- S-Nr: (as per the product label)
- Invoice or Delivery Note (in .pdf, .jpg, .png, up to 3MB)
Your Country and the Dealer where you purchased the product are also required. You will have to accept the Festool warranty terms and conditions to allow the data to be captured on their system.
In order to register your Festool product warranty, you will be required to register an account on the festool.toolfan.co.za website.
